Leasing & Tenant Placement

  • Tenant Placement / New Lease Fee: 100% of one month's rent for each new lease.

    Covers comprehensive marketing, showings, screening, and lease origination.

  • Lease Renewal Fee: $450.00 per executed renewal.

    For handling the administrative process of renewing an existing tenant's lease.

Maintenance & Repairs Coordination

Coordination fees for maintaining your property's condition and addressing issues promptly.

  • Standard Maintenance Coordination: 12% of total invoice for coordinated work.
